Once the file completes the download process:

Hover over links below to change image to the right.

A. Right-click on the file and choose "Extract All" from the menu

B. Confirm file extract

Note: If you have installed WinZip, WinRAR, PKZip or another file decompression program, your screen will look different than the series at right.

Note: You may want to make a new folder called “Gateway Update” and save all the files in that folder.

Note: After extracting all the files, you may delete the original "ZIP" file, it is no longer needed.

Note: Once you have extracted the folder, you can either follow the update procedure included in the download or return to this page and click "Next Step".
